Separate costs: Education or treatment, return-to-duty and follow-up drug/alcohol testing, employer or third-party administrator charges, and outside-provider fees are not included. Payment responsibility for those services may depend on employer policy, agreements, benefits, or applicable law.
What the fee does not promise
The SAP makes an independent clinical and regulatory determination. Payment does not guarantee a particular recommendation, a successful compliance finding, a return-to-duty test, employment, or a date you can resume safety-sensitive work.
